IBIS JUNGLE GYM V1.0
Prototype early, we winged it on this one. We had a lot of experience with PVC tubing in the CA desert so this weekend we put it to use and came up with a portable perch for the Ibis.

The basic design and parts list was mapped out on the back of a 3x5 index card. Construction was a team effort with Mary handling the measuring and math while Mark sliced the Schedule 40 tubing into pieces with the PVC pipe cutter from Home Depot. Next came the gluing and final assembly, Mark applied the stinky adhesive cement.

Mary applied additional design advice when it came time for the critical aiming and alignment of the center, upwards facing T-connector which forms the base of the tree trunk.

The tubing is 1" Schedule 40 except the perches which are thin-wall 1" to make them more bendy like real tree branches.
