Florida Banded Water Snake

This snake visit turned into an educational session...  we had to get online and figure out if he's the poisonous water moccasin, or the gentle and friendly banded water snake.  Fortunately, he's the nice banded water snake.  The 3rd picture is our flock of peafowl staring at the visitor, very intrigued by him.  We half expected them to try to eat the snake (they love lizard, just sayin') but fortunately for him, they were just looking today.
