CHILI A GREAT SOURCE OF PROTEIN EVEN WITHOUT BEEF

HERE IT IS BEFORE COOKING
We've been having a blast making chili once a week in a large crock pot. Three cans of tomatoes, three kinds of beans, a whole yellow onion, two packs of magic seasoning, all simmered together for four hours on high and one hour on low.
